MilonApp hesabını, Supabase'de tutulan profil bilgilerini ve bu hesaba senkronize edilmiş kullanıcı kayıtlarını kalıcı olarak silmek için aşağıdaki iki yoldan birini kullanabilirsin. Hesap ve verilerin silinmesi geri alınamaz.
Yöntem 1: Uygulama içinden sil (önerilen)
- MilonApp'i aç ve profil/ayarlar menüsünü aç.
- Ayarlar sekmesinde Hesap bölümüne git.
- "Hesabı sil" butonuna dokun.
- Açılan uyarıyı oku, onay kutusunu işaretle ve "Hesabı kalıcı olarak sil" ile onayla.
Onayladığında hesabın, oturum bilgilerin, Supabase'de tutulan profil bilgilerin ve buluta senkronize edilmiş öğün, besin, kaydedilmiş öğün, supplement, sohbet ve adım kayıtların sunucularımızdan silinir; cihazındaki yerel kopya da aynı akışta temizlenir. Bu işlem anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Yöntem 2: E-posta ile talep et
Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa (örn. cihazını kaybettiysen), hesabınla ilişkili e-posta adresinden aşağıdaki adrese "Hesap Silme Talebi" konusuyla yazabilirsin:
Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alır ve hesabını sileriz.
Ne silinir?
- Hesap kimliği ve oturum bilgin (Supabase Auth kaydı).
- Supabase'de tutulan profil bilgilerin (yaş, boy, kilo ve hedefler).
- Supabase'e senkronize edilmiş öğün, besin, kaydedilmiş öğün, supplement, sohbet ve adım kayıtların.
- Cihazındaki bu verilerin yerel kopyası.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak yalnızca cihazındaki yerel kopyayı siler; bulut kopyasını kaldırmak için hesap silme akışını tamamlaman gerekir.

MilonApp Account Deletion
To permanently delete your MilonApp account, profile data stored in Supabase, and user records synchronized to that account, use one of the two methods below. Deleting the account and data cannot be undone.
Method 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open MilonApp and open the profile/settings menu.
- In the Settings tab, go to the Account section.
- Tap the "Delete account" button.
- Read the warning, select the confirmation checkbox, and confirm with "Permanently delete account".
When you confirm, your account, sign-in information, profile information stored in Supabase, and meal, nutrition, saved meal, supplement, chat, and step records synchronized to the cloud are deleted from our servers; the local copy on your device is cleared in the same flow. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Method 2: Request deletion by email
If you do not have access to the app (for example, if you lost your device), email us from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request":
After verifying your identity, we will process your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted?
- Your account ID and sign-in information (Supabase Auth record).
- Your profile information stored in Supabase (age, height, weight, and goals).
- Your meal, nutrition, saved meal, supplement, chat, and step records synchronized to Supabase.
- The local copy of these records on your device.
Uninstalling the app removes only the local copy; to remove the cloud copy, complete the account-deletion flow.
